Your Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer protection regulations on distance selling, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Term: You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive the goods to withdraw from your purchase contract and return the goods, without giving any reason.

Return Costs: If you are returning goods for personal reasons (e.g., if you don't like the style, color, or size), you will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods to us.
Condition Requirements: Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging. Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition, including all packaging materials (e.g., box, dust bag, etc.).
Return Process

Returning the Item: Please ship the item back to us securely using a tracking number and insurance-equipped postal service. We strongly recommend that you retain your proof of mailing until you receive confirmation of your refund from us. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If the item is eligible for return, we will initiate the refund process.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund, which is beyond our control.
